Facilities at St Thomas Centre
We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.
We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Ardwick Green Hall

Perfect for conferences, seminars, exhibitions, presentations, large meetings or workshops.
We can even host your exams, accommodating up to 40 candidates in approved exam room layout.
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to accommodate the following; informal celebration events, birthday parties, christenings and weddings.

The Gaskell room has access from the Ardwick Green Hall and is perfect for use as a breakout room when hosting a large event.
The room is named after Elizabeth Gaskell, the Victorian novelist who wrote her most famous novels, including Cranford and Wives and Daughters, at her home in Ardwick.

Mambu Room

Like the Gaskell room, the Mambu room also has access from the Ardwick Green Hall and is perfect to use as a second breakout room when hosting a large event.
Yomi Mambu is the inspiration for this room. Active in Labour Party politics, Yomi was one of the first black councillors elected to Manchester City Council, and served as Lord Mayor in 1989-90.
